I went to my Dad's house and then up to the hospital this morning. Dad was not doing to bad and was sitting in the wheelchair. I had him sign (scribble) his name on some Christmas cards and then I addressed them all to send off with his Christmas cheques that he sends everyone in the family. I punched a small hole in each of the cards he had received and hung them up from his curtain rod with red and white ribbons.
We chatted about him being moved into a care facility and he was kind of accepting of it. He said his doctor had spoke with him about it and he agreed that it was what he needed. Whew!
On the way home I stopped at the auto parts store and picked up a few more Christmas gifts.
