Well today I was out the door by 7:30 and headed to Dad's house for the last time. I went through the house and picked up anything that was there. A towel in the bathroom, bars of soap, cleaning products, broom, dust pan, mop and bucket. Then the cleaners I hired showed up at 8:30 and I left them and went to have breakfast at the ABC restaurant. I went back at 10 and they were just finishing and did a great job. My brother Brad showed up and cleaned out the freezer and we defrosted the fridge freezer. When that was done we locked up the place and I gave Brad my house key and I am finally finished with it.
Brad will meet with the lawyer on the 28th and hand over the keys and everything will be turned over on the 31st. Dad is also quite happy to have it all finalized.
After leaving Dad's I headed to the bank and then back home. I was so exhausted I crawled into bed with my heading pad and put my legs up on some pillows to help relieve the pain in my back.
