The day started off with really bad back pain. After 6 hours of heat, 2 massages with A535 and 4 Tylenol 3's - it finally started to ease up. After lunch we decided to go do some shopping and while at Walmart I slipped and fell on a puddle of water by the check-outs. Wow was that painful. I did the splitz and twisted and landed on my left knee. It is very sore and badly bruised and I have kept ice on it most of the afternoon.
Most of the day we had snow. It started around 9am and continued almost non-stop until
about 4pm which was when the sun came out.
Our friends who are a few rows over in their RV are leaving tomorrow and heading to Birch Bay.
They came over this evening for a little visit to say good-bye for now. We'll keep in touch by email. They live full-time in their RV.

Aww I'm sorry to hear that you're in so much pain. I hope that you feel better soon. We've had roughly 1 cm of snow in the past few days.
