Well Thursday was a quiet day as I just did some catching up on the computer and also worked on the project that I started at the PCQ meeting on Wednesday.
Friday, Lou and I headed over to Dad's place about 8am and loaded up the pick-up truck for a trip to the transfer station (dump). While hubby took off with the first load, I put out a bunch of items that were being picked up by people who saw them advertised on Freecycle. We filled the truck one more time and then we were pretty much done. There are only a few small items for me to pick up and take home and my brother Brad will be going over during next week to clean out under the porches and the shed. Then - we will get Molly Maid in and it will be finally DONE.
This morning I was up at 3:30 with major back pain. I took a couple of T3's and layed back in the recliner with the heating pad on. With no relief at all I took another couple of T3's at 5:00
and was about to wake up hubby around 6 to take me to the ER for a shot when he got up anyway. He gently rubbed my back with A535 and then covered it with a steamin hot damp towel. By about 7 it was finally starting to ease a little. I went and layed on the bed for a couple of hours and was finally able to walk and move about after that. It's hard to believe that the little bit I did at my Dad's caused all those problems. This afternoon I managed to slowly make my way downstairs and sit and fold some fabric. Tonight I am still stiff and in pain but at least I can move and function somewhat. I tell you - if there was a way to trade in this body like we do with cars, I'd be first in line.
