I went to Dad's new care home this morning (Monday) to be there when he arrived from being transferred by ambulance. The people seemed very nice and he has a nice old man for
a room mate. I spent about 3.5 hours there with getting him unpacked, filling out all
the paperwork, arranging payments and stayed and had lunch with him.
I sure hope he likes it there and enjoys the activities that they offer. Now I need to
spend some time at his house and get things packed up. That is a lot of work and I
think I will try and spend a few hours there on Friday.
Yesterday I spent a few hours sorting out the sewing room. Tomorrow since I don't
have to go anywhere, I hope to spend some more time in there.
