It was both cloudy and sunny today and the temperature dropped down to 2 c. but at least it wasn't raining. As I am typing this, they say it is 0 c. outside.
I called the care home (KPL) to check on how Dad's night was and they told me he slept well and that he was up and about and chatting with his roommate.
Today I went over to Margaret's and showed her a little project I found for us to make for the ladies at the annual retreat that we host. We decided to try it and then proceeded to make 3 of them. They are really cute but I can't tell you what they are because some of the ladies who attend the retreat - read this blog. We also came up with the theme for this years retreat which is great because we can now start shopping for fabric and prizes etc.
After dinner, I was watching TV at 7pm and found myself falling asleep. I went and layed down on my bed and fell asleep until 8:30pm. It's amazing what a power nap will do. I should be good to around midnight and then I will hopefully be able to go to sleep.
