Yesterday was a very busy day as I had to take my jeep in for service so dropped
it off and took Kari's car to go shopping at Costco. We filled her car up with gas
and ran it through the car wash to get some of the road salt off. We also picked
up some of her favorite treat from Costco and left them in her car when we picked
up the jeep.
We then headed to my Dad's place to load up the jeep with 12 bags of garbage, his
TV, his walker and picked up the mail. We then went to visit him and dropped off
his walker. Then it was off to the transfer station (dump) and then home for lunch.
We put Dad's TV downstairs as he doesn't need it right now because his room mate
already has one hooked up and it is the same as his. I really don't need another tv
because with his we now have 5 sets.
Last night, we went to Kari's for dinner. She made a yummy chicken dish which
was served over pasta. After dinner we had Pecan caramel cheesecake which
Lou and I picked up on our way there. By the time we got home, we were both
so exhausted from such a crazy day.
Today I spent most of the morning on the computer. I had to update all the files
for the BC Samboree and then decided to update the 2 websites that I maintain.
After all that I decided to work on some fabric postcards and some crazy quilts.
I had a nice quiet time as hubby had plugged in a couple of "his" type movies and
kept busy watching them.

The hockey game will be starting in a couple of minutes so for the next 3 hours, I will be in front of the TV working on my 2nd block for the Baltimore blues.
Here is a picture of the quilt blocks.
