I am very lucky that I have 2 Brother Embroidery Machines. The big Quattro is very heavy and it stays set up all the time at home and it is my favorite for sure. The smaller one (2500D) is the one I have for classes etc. because it is half the weight of the big one. The "little Brother" has 3 hoops - a 4X4", 5X7" and a 6X10". The Mylar Spring designs that I am working on are 8X8" so I can only work on those at home.
My friend Donna has asked if I would like to come to her place sometimes and sew. We both love to do machine embroidery so it will be great to get together and have our machines humming away. I will be taking the "little Brother" so decided to start a new project using the 6X6" size blocks. I have chosen to work on another Anita Goodesign set called "Neighborhood Quilt". On Friday I packed up all my 'stuff' and went to Donna's for the day and stitched out the first 2 blocks. What do you think?
