So - I started a new project with some spring designs. It is from Anita Goodesign and is called "Mylar Spring". I love the design set but decided not to use the mylar. There are some special stitches that were created to go on top of the mylar and I have decided to use some of them but not all of them. These designs are stitched in the hoop with batting so it is quilted as you go. Each block is 8"X8" square. Here are the first 4 blocks that I have completed.
