I spent last Friday, Saturday and Sunday at a Sew-A-Thon retreat. It was from 9-9 Fri. & Sat. and from 9-3 on Sunday. There were 22 ladies who spent the whole week-end sewing. The 3 lunches and 2 dinners were included and each group of 4 were responsible for one of the meals. The food was fabulous. I spent all of Friday and part of Saturday working on my Animals Quilt for the RV. I managed to get quite a bit of piecing done but it is a real slow process using scraps etc. to build up fillers between the blocks. Here is a picture of a few of the blocks put together.
I also have been working on a scrappy quilt using 7" blocks of muslin covered with strips of scraps and then I will put those blocks together to create a quilt. Here are some of the blocks. I believe I have about 100 blocks done and hoping to keep going and maybe make 2 quilts.
I also made a couple of Mug Rugs for Jade and stitched out some Easter designs for postcards but haven't taken any photos yet.
