Well it's Friday and I am still on the upper side of the grass. I have 3 children who have been riding on my nerves all week and they ask me "why do you always go away in the RV"?
On Wednesday I went to my little PCQ quilt group and sure didn't do much sewing. I did however, laugh my butt off. You see, my friend Carol and I sat beside each other and that just about says it all. Between laughing at each other and sharing a seam ripper, we got less done on the class project than anyone else. What a waste of 3 hours. !!! Carol and I spend a lot of time razzing each other and I think the other 5 ladies sometimes don't get our warped sense of humor. Oh well - their loss. Hopefully Carol and I will be able to complete our projects at home and show the rest at our next meeting.
Yesterday, I went with my neighbor Margaret out to Abbotsford to pick up my final free gift from Towes sewing and Vacuum store. We also visited a couple of quilt shops and then stopped for lunch at a very cute little Tea House.
Today I spent 4 hours on the computer catching up with all the paperwork for the RV Samboree registrations. I am amazed to see how fast they are coming in the mail.
