Well, I'm back home, caught up on household chores and it's time to get back to quilting and postcards. I am organizing a birthday dinner at a local restaurant for my 90 year old Father and will hopefully have my 2 brothers and my 3 kids there for the dinner. This morning I went to visit him and took him grocery shopping. I then visited a fellow quilter, Elmyra who needed some help with her computer. She does a lot of "Artsy Fartsy" fibre art quilting.
This afternoon I went to physio for my sore neck and headaches. It is so painfull to go through the half hour of treatment but it does give me some relief after an hour or so. I sure hope that these morning headaches will start to fade again soon.
Tomorrow, I will head over to my friend Leslie's to help her with her first postcard swap. It should be fun.

Have you tried a chiropractor for your neck problems? it might help as C1, C2, and C3 are in your neck
