Well, today my little quilting group of 7 will be getting together at Olive Garden for our Luncheon. Since we don't meet during the summer, this is our wind-up luncheon.
I'm sure we will all be keeping in touch during the summer but between family committments, there is just no way we could continue to meet regularly.
There are 2 of us who will be going down to Oregon in July for the Sisters Outdoor Quilt Show. I will be going down in the RV and can't wait. I was there about 7 years ago and am looking forward to seeing the wonderful quilts that are displayed all through-out the town.
Also, today is my Dad's 90th Birthday. He still lives on his own and other than my brother and I taking him to Dr. appointments and grocery shopping, he does pretty well looking after himself.
