My daughter Kari and her hubby Brandon, spend a lot of weekends at The Glen at Maple Falls. Brandon's Mom & Sister own a lot there with a permanent RV and it is a nice little place to get away and enjoy the great outdoors. I saw some garden flags online and asked Kari if she thought they would like one for the site there and another project took hold. Sandy likes Dragonflies and Karen likes Butterflies so this is what I came up with.
The designs are stitched on to a placemat and then backed with a second placemat. Brandon found the medal wavy post and bent it to make the hanger. After some of layers of waterproofing - it was good to go.
