Sewing in the RV.

This last trip down to the RV, I took my small embroidery/sewing machine.  My friend Elaine and her sister Karen were also down at the campground in Elaine's RV and we got lots of sewing done.  We were lucky to be able to use the clubhouse a couple of days which allowed us to all sew together.  Karen brought a couple of projects for us to work on.  One was a 3 zipper purse in black which I finished. The embroidery was pre-stitched onto the fabric.
The other project was a wallet that caused me lots of stress.  The fabric that Karen had put into the kit was not cotton, was slippery and frayed a lot so I got most of it done before I gave up.  Karen took it and said she will finish it.  It was a great pattern but the fabric drove me crazy.  Here is the purse.
I also spent a lot of time in my RV doing embroidery.  I made a Christmas gift for my Sister-in-law Janet.  A couple of years ago, I made her a lap quilt with Applique Angels and she loves it so much that I thought she might like a tote bag with the same Angels.
