Many years ago, I made a denim and flannel rag quilt for my daughter Kari which she uses while sitting around the campfire when camping. It is not a very big lap quilt so she wants to make a larger one for her hubby to be able to use. I told her a few months back to start collecting old jeans as she would need to cut many 8" squares. She has now started cutting the squares. I bought a collection of camping embroidery designs and am stitching them on denim squares that we can insert into her quilt. Here are a few of the blocks so far.
