On Sunday, my kids came by to give hubby a little gift for Father's Day. They went together to buy him a ebook reader/tablet. We both love to read and found that when we went on our last cruise, the books took up quite a bit of room and weight in our luggage so have been looking at getting an ebook reader. Hubby loves his new gift.
It was nice of the kids to surprise Lou with his gift and I'm sure Father's Day also had them thinking of their own Dad that they lost just over 3 years ago. This is my first Father's Day without my Dad and it was a tough one. Although the last few years he was in a home - it is still difficult not to be able to go and visit him.
