"Eye Spy" top complete

Well today I finished the top of the "Eye Spy" quilt. I am so please with this quilt and I'm sure little Kellan will love it. I framed the "eye spy" section with plain black and then added a border of soccer balls. He just loves to play with balls so I thought that would be a great addition.

While adding the soccer balls border I had a little helper. As you can see, when Puddy wants attention - he lets me know. I actually had to stop sewing and spend some time with him before I could finish.

I hope to layer it on Wednesday and maybe do some free-motion quilting on it with my little machine. The finished size is 37X49. I have some great flannel for the backing so I will post some photos when it is complete.

My next project is to complete some fabric postcards that are due and then I want to make a few new table toppers that I found some great fabrics for.
