Well last night was a Wild Ride

Yesterday my neighbor Margaret came down and we did a little fabric shopping. She brought my catting mat from home so I can now get into sewing finally. After shop hopping and stopping for a great lunch at Applebees, I got back to the RV around 3pm and it was actually quite sunny.

Well, later last night it started pouring again and the wind picked up. I went to bed around 11 and then was woken up around 1am as the RV was a Rockin from the wind and rain. It was a Wild Ride. It seemed that everytime I fell asleep, the wind would pick up and the rockin would start all over again. I think I probably got about 3 hours sleep which is weird because I love the sound of the rain on the roof but have never had so much rocking from the wind before.

Today I worked on some fabric postcards. I was really sore from all the shopping etc. yesterday so couldn't sit for too long and did my postcards in spirts. Tonight there are some great shows on TV (Bones, House and Cane) so I am working on some redwork postcards and watching TV. It's not raining right now but it is still pretty wet outside still.

Tomorrow will be another sewing day so hopefully I will get more postcards done and work on my blue and yellow quilt borders.
